Petrol fuel injection.
As with our dedication to diesel fuel injection a necessary progression
has shown itself in petrol fuel injection.
Despite our name JUST DIESELS our ability in the
diagnostic market raised a minor problem our customer base started
to demand other aspects to our diagnostic ability namely engine
management on petrol cars, our customers and friends have petrol
cars to maintain a complete customer service it seamed right that
we moved into this direction, as well as the usual servicing and
repairing of petrol vehicles or already comprehensive diagnostic
equipment had complete capability in this area, our knowledge is
second to none but in JUST DIESELS usual style
we didn’t feel happy in the petrol market place without the
ability to test and repair components correctly. So now we test
and repair petrol fuel injectors.
We are the proud owners of an asnu petrol fuel injection test bench.
The only test equipment to allow flow testing and ultra-sonic cleaning
in one package.
- TESTING;
full flow testing and spray pattern analysis to evaluate
injector condition (80% of injectors run with impaired
performance)

CLEANING; after removing filters and pintle caps the injectors
are placed into an ultra-sonic cleaning bath and actuated
through a test plan to run the injectors allowing comprehensive
cleaning.

RETESTING; after refitting new filters and pintle caps
the injectors are once again fully flow tested and the
spray pattern analyzed. All improvements to injectors
are recorded on a test plan to aid future evaluation.

being able to test and repair on our premises allows us further
understanding of the systems we work on making future problems easier
to evaluate.
